Enter this historic house through an oak studded door surrounded by colourful hydrangeas in summer. The arched entrance hall leads into a spacious open plan living area with a comfy pair of sofas, coffee table, television and a kitchen/dining area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Also situated on the ground floor is a games room with a dart board and a pool table (50p). A football field can also be found in the garden for any little football fans up for a kick around.

A Victorian pitch pine staircase leads up from the hallway to the first floor. On this floor there is a delightful double bedroom with exquisite pine furniture and a vanity unit. Also on the first floor is a spacious bathroom with wc, hand basin, deep full-size bath and separate shower en suite.

The stairway then rises to the second floor where there are two further large bedrooms. One is a bright and colourful double room and the other, a charming twin bedded room; both littered with attractive pitch-pine furniture. The house normally sleeps 6 people but additional beds or cots can be provided on request.
